BBM From the Couch

12-Week Lifestyle Support Program A free 12-week program designed for people with long-term health conditions. Sessions run for 60 minutes and include fitness, nutrition, and trainer support. This program is ideal for those who may not be able to stand for long periods or perform ground-based movements. Exercises are adapted using boxes and chairs to ensure safety and comfort, guided by experienced BBM Leaders. Class sizes are limited and registration is required. Participants must complete health checks before and after the program, measuring key indicators like blood pressure and diabetes risk. If you feel you meet the criteria and are ready to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle, register your interest today.

Adaptive Fitness Fusion

Adaptive Fitness Fusion is an inclusive movement programme designed for individuals with disabilities, neurodiverse needs, or anyone who benefits from a more personalised fitness approach. These fun, low-pressure classes focus on building confidence, improving physical health, and creating social connection—all in a safe, supportive environment. Movements are tailored to suit all abilities and sensory needs, and support people are always welcome. It’s all about moving your body, building community, and having fun—your way. Spaces are limited.
